When we first met with Anne & Mike the first thing they told us was that we would be the only people at the wedding that weren’t friends and family as everyone that was helping out including setting up, catering, flowers, cake, music… was someone that they knew. I loved it as I think it is so wonderful to have friends and family help make the day come together. (I also think it’s wonderful that they trusted us to be their photographers) Then when Anne mentioned that she wasn’t wearing a traditional wedding dress, I was so excited as it’s a rare occasion that you get a bride who doesn’t wear a wedding dress and I knew that they really were going to make this wedding all their own. The biggest thing though is that they stressed the importance of their daughters as well as the kids that were attending the wedding and wanted to make this a day for them as well. When she mentioned that they would have a face painter, I immediately knew that we were in for a fun wedding.
We have too many images that we fell in love with and didn’t want to cut any out so this will be a 2 part post.
The day started out with Anne and Mike getting ready while their family and friends prepped for the day and the kids got to do what kids do best. Play!

All dressed and ready to go to the ceremony!
