Kerri and Barry had rented a car during their stay in Jamaica so we decided to do a little bit of exploring for their day after session and we sure found some amazing spots to make some pretty pictures! One of the first spots we found was this adorable boat next to the beach…

Jared and I had actually spotted this horse in the field the day before when we had been walking around. Jared had mentioned how cool it would be to get Kerri and Barry with the horse but we weren’t sure that it would still be there during our day after session. Well, sure enough, the horse was there and Kerri and Barry were more than happy to go take pictures with it! The owner actually stopped by as he had heard that people were taking pictures of his horse (word travels fast in that little area!) so, he stopped by with his son to tell us about their horse named Fire and helped us get some great pictures of him!

In between stumbling upon cute boats and gorgeous horses, we found great colorful and textured houses along the road.

And then back to Tensing Pen to capture a few pictures of the resort. Tensing Pen has the cutest cottages that you stay in so you totally feel like you have your own little home on the property. I adore the cottage that Kerri and Barry stayed in, with the little bridge leading the way.

We had to get some pictures of the infamous bridge where (brave) people love to jump off into the water below. It’s a skinny little bridge that looks terrifying, but it’s actually really stable to walk on so it just looks scarier than it really is. However, I was impressed that Kerri was into the idea of sitting on the bridge in her dress. I know how heavy wedding dresses can be and they are not so easy to maneuver in but I’m glad she did as I love these pictures!

For most of the destination weddings we shoot, we usually don’t meet the bride and groom until we arrive at the location. For Kerri and Barry, our first “meeting” was hearing Barry yell “TIFFANYYYY!!!” while on a catamaran sailing past our resort while I stood at the edge of the pool waving but unsure of who exactly I was waving at! When we finally met (on land), we were instantly welcomed by them and their wonderful group of family and friends. It was such an instant feeling to me of just how fun this couple and this wedding would be and it for sure did not disappoint!

The day was absolutely beautiful. A bit hot, but beautiful!

Kerri was such a beautiful bride and SO calm! All morning long I was waiting for a little bit of nerves or stress but none at all! She was just ready to be married!

I’m always a big fan of when couples decide to do the first look before the ceremony. It’s just such a sweet and happy moment between the couple, it’s one of my favorite moments during the wedding day!

Right before the ceremony we had to make sure to go take a visit to Ras Rudy’s restaurant. If you are ever in Negril, you gotta visit Ras Rudy’s!

I loved how Kerri and Barry had so many family members involved in their ceremony. Barry’s sister has an amazing voice and she sang during the ceremony and Kerri’s cousin, George, officiated the wedding and did such a spectacular job.

As some of you may know, Jared and I got married at Tensing Pen a few years ago and we’ve been able to go back every year since. We shot Leah and Daivin’s beautiful wedding there last year and going back for Kerri and Barry’s wedding this year was just a treat. I will never ever get sick of seeing this scenery. Just gorgeous.

When we were off taking the above pictures, the guests got to enjoy cocktail hour over the pool and really, you can’t really beat cocktail hour with a view like this!
